HAARP Quakes & ISON Fireball Debris: A Conspiracy

HAARP Quakes & ISON Fireball Debris: A Conspiracy

HAARP Quakes & ISON Fireball Debris: A Conspiracy Within A Conspiracy (Video)

Between the mysterious booms across the US, the uptick in earthquakes, the predictions that a 6.0 or higher would hit within a given timeframe which was 1/9 through 1/14, also seeing quakes in the same areas as the booms occurred, and the most recent 6.5 that just hit Puerto Rico, the topic of Weather Modification and a study on public perception of it should come as no surprise, as is discussed in the video below by Suspicious0bservers.

With that said, we know weather modification is real, but what about HAARP, modification for weather warfare? We know it exists from a comment made way back in 1997 from former U.S. Defense Secretary William Cohen, who said “Others [terrorists] are engaging even in an eco-type of terrorism whereby they can alter the climate, set off earthquakes, volcanoes remotely through the use of electromagnetic waves… So there are plenty of ingenious minds out there that are at work finding ways in which they can wreak terror upon other nations…It’s real, and that’s the reason why we have to intensify our [counterterrorism] efforts.”

In the video below they admit any honest answer about whether comet ISON debris is causing these earthquakes would have to be “I don’t know,” but consider this, yesterday it was reported that 55 earthquakes had hit in California in 40 minutes. Add that with predictions of an uptick of quakes, with people believing ISON debris would cause them and isn’t it just possible that the timing to perform HAARP tests would be perfect?

Everyone is so busy claiming other reasons for these events, wouldn’t it be the perfect time to test with no one batting an eye and pointing their fingers?

The first image below the video is from The Weather Space showing the last longwave trend data showing a specific focus over California. The next is the longwave data with a focus toward the east coast.

Coincidence?
