Woman to pay 110,000 shekels for stealing her boyfriend’s sperm

A woman must pay her former boyfriend 110,000 shekels after she used her boyfriend’s sperm to get pregnant without his consent, according to court proceedings in Israel.

The Tel Aviv Magistrate’s Court ordered the woman to pay the man with whom she had a sexual relationship, for stealing his sperm and for invasion of privacy.

The incident began 10 years ago, when the man, then 22, had a short sexual relationship with a woman, then 32.

The man claimed that it was a casual sexual relationship, and that the woman was also having sex with other men. He said that the woman claimed she cannot become pregnant due to a medical condition, and persuaded him to have sex without protection.

After a while, the man found his soul mate and told the woman that he wants to end their sexual relationship.

The woman refused to accept it, the man told the court. In 2005, the two had sex for the last time. The woman begged him not to leave her, but he told her that he was getting married to his soul mate.

In 2006, a year after the two had broken up, the woman gave birth to a baby boy.

The man was furious because the woman had persuaded him to have unprotected sex by claiming she cannot get pregnant.

The woman also tried to sabotage his marriage, made contact with his mother and grandmother, and told them that he has a son out of wedlock. The woman also tried to pressure him to leave his wife. That is when he decided to file a lawsuit against the woman for theft.

The woman told the court that their relationship and pregnancy were consensual.

The court however, ruled in his favor, and ordered the woman to pay him 75,000 shekels for stealing his sperm.

The court also ordered the woman to pay the man an additional 35,000 shekels for invasion of privacy.
