Meet the House of ' The Flintstones ' from real life

In order to get permission to build a house in the hills of Malibu, USA, veteran American TV host, Dick Clark, had to think of a project that adapt well to the rocky environment.

Its architect, designed a House that looked like a rock formation. The result was a phenomenal design which is not very different from that seen in the famous cartoon from the stone age, ' The Flintstones '. The House, built in 1988, now sells for £ 1.79 million (about US $ 6.9 million).

The architect Phillip Jon Brown told CNNMoney that the Santa Monica Mountains Conservancy did not want Clark to build any House there, but he insisted.
