7:53 a.m. — Elizabeth Duncan, 36, 50 Tenney Hill Road, Kittery, was charged on Ridge Road with failure to register a motor vehicle over 150 days and operating a motor vehicle without a license. She has a May 21 court date.

7:28 p.m. — Melissa A. Young, 52, 3 Ramsdell Lane, York, was issued an arrest warrant at the York Police Department on a charge of alleged aggravated domestic violence assault. She has an April 15 court date.

4:05 p.m. — Angelique E. Seedner, 20, 28 Long Beach Avenue, York, was charged on Long Beach Avenue with failure to register a motor vehicle over 150 days and operating without a license in violation of conditions/restrictions for corrective lenses, according to the police report. 11:04 p.m. — Eli Sebastian Curley, 32, 409 Ridge Road, York, was issued an arrest warrant on Church Street on a charge of allegedly failing to pay restitution. He has an April 24 court date.

3:55 p.m. — A 17-year-old York male was charged with domestic violence assault. He has an April 9 court date.

5:12 p.m. — Police were told a male and a female were on the Interstate 95 overpass on Cider Hill Road. The female appeared ready to jump, police were told. Police found two, 14-year-old girls who said they were waving at passersby. The juveniles were released to their parents.

5:58 p.m. — A woman told police she was out running with her two teenage daughters on Shore Road when a man in an old white van yelled out inappropriate comments and cat calls to her daughters. He was parked in the area with a camera and moved the van so he again went by them, she said. The van was last seen heading north, she told police.

8:54 p.m. — Gary J. Merrill, 24, 11 Georgia St., York, was charged on Route 1 with operating under the influence and has a June 18 court date. Police said someone was on scene attempting to remove the truck which was stuck on the ice.

11:41 p.m. Jordan A. Wears, 23, 27 Abenaki Lane, Sanford, was charged on Route 1 with sale/use of drug paraphernalia. A court date was not available.

1:05 a.m. — Patrick D. Lichter-McArdle, 29, 145 Beech Ridge Road, York, was charged on Beech Ridge Road with violating conditions of release, sale/use of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana. He has a May 21 court date.

1:33 p.m. — A 14-year-old York male was charged on York Street with assault. His court date was March 16, according to police.
